Introduce：
CM  double  roll  rice  polisher  Application:  CM  series  rice  polishers  are  new-style  elaborate  equipment  based  on  assimilating  whatever  is  beneficial  in  similar  products  from  other  countries.  The  capacity  of  CM  series  rice  polishers  varies  from  1.5t(rice)/h  to  4.5  t(rice)/h.  Rice  polisher  is  not  only  applied  to  complete  set  of  equipment  for  rice  milling  plant  but  also  use  alone  for  rice  further  processing.  It’s  product  performance  meets  advanced  world  standards.

Characteristics：
  1. Up-to-date  design,  attractive  appearance,  safe  and  easy  operation. 
  2. Due  to  multistep  slight  whitening  action,  double  roll  polishing  makes  the  degree  of  whiteness  and  brightness  of  rice  kernels  obviously  go  beyond  that  of  the  same  kind  of  single  roll  polishing.  So  the  rice  has  higher  commercial  value. 
  3. The  effect  of  double  roll  polishing  corresponds  to  two  sets  of  single  roll  polishers  in  series,  and  yet  it  occupies  less  space,  cuts  investments  and  reduces  power  consumption  correspondingly. 
  4. After  polishing,  the  rice  kernels  become  sparkling  and  crystal-clear  and  less  broken  rice  increment  happens  (Broken  rice  increment  is  usually  ≤  2~3%,  depending  on  the  shape,moisture,  variety  of  rice  )  .
